Maya AI is provided on an as-is basis. By using the cockpit you agree to operate within the acceptable-use policy: no spam, no scraping of protected content, no impersonation, and respect for the terms of any third-party platform you connect (Meta, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, GMB, WhatsApp).

You retain ownership of every asset generated on your behalf. Maya AI may retain anonymised metrics for reliability and safety.

Service level target: 99.9% monthly uptime, active-active across multiple regions. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours ahead.
