Data Processing Addendum
This DPA supplements the Maya AI Terms of Service and applies whenever Maya processes personal data on your behalf.
1. Roles
You are the Data Controller. Maya AI is the Data Processor and only processes personal data on your documented instructions.
2. Sub-processors
A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We give 30 days' notice of new sub-processors.
3. Security
Measures described in our Security page apply as a contractual commitment under this DPA.
4. International transfers
Where required, Standard Contractual Clauses are entered into by reference to this DPA.
5. Deletion
On termination, personal data is deleted or returned within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
